Our fabrics are very delicate and we recommend closely following our care instructions. For best results, we recommend placing your RANI garments in a laundry bag and washing on cold, gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. Do not put your RANI garments in the dryer.

We recommend checking our Size Guide for your perfect fit. Our pajamas are designed to be loose and flowy and would recommend ordering your true size for a comfortable and relaxed fit. If you need help selecting a size please contact us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your pajama sets from RANI Lounge. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help.

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund please contact us at info@ranilounge.com and include your order number. Please note a flat rate of $10CAD for Canadian returns and $15USD for any international returns will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

Exceptions
Please note that the Royal Mint Majesty Tea and items purchased on sale (not including our welcome and influencers codes) are not eligible for refunds.

Currently, we ship to the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada. We hope to continue to add more locations soon! For all orders outside of Canada, we are not responsible for any additional customs or duty fees that you may incur upon arrival.

Please note for orders outside Canada, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and return shipping. 

International packages may be subject to customs and duties. Prices shown on the website do NOT include these fees. All duty fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. 

We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping on all pajama orders and free shipping on the Royal Mint Majesty Tea. Pajama orders in Canada have a C$5 flat rate and orders outside of Canada have a C$10 flat rate.

We also offer free local pickup in Toronto, Ontario. Please contact us at info@ranilounge.com to arrange a pickup.

We work to ship out your order within one week, however, due to the nature of our small team, sometimes there can be delays based on order volume. Once processed you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days within Canada and the US and 5-10 business days to the UK.

We can only make changes if we are notified before your order is shipped. You can email us to make changes to your order (based on availability) within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot refund or exchange any orders once the order has been processed.
